New Concepts Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2221) announced the completion of its share subscriptions on 6 February 2026. A total of 34,240,000 shares were issued at HK$1.0 per share, accounting for approximately 14.93% of the company’s enlarged share capital. This transaction raised gross proceeds of HK$34.24 million and net proceeds of HK$34.11 million.

According to the announcement, approximately HK$20.5 million of the net proceeds will be used to repay overdue bond and lease payables, with the remaining HK$13.6 million allocated to general working capital. Following the share allotment, the company’s issued share capital increased from 195,063,213 shares to 229,303,213 shares.

The revised shareholding shows Mr. Zhu Yongjun holding 18,677,200 shares (8.15% post-completion), while newly added subscribers collectively hold 34,240,000 shares, representing 14.93% of the enlarged share capital.
