Stream Ideas Group Limited (Stock Code: 8401) announced that one of its joint company secretaries, Ms. Kung Wai Yin, has tendered her resignation effective 31 October 2025. According to the announcement, Ms. Kung will no longer hold any position in the Group and has confirmed there are no disagreements with the board of directors, nor any matters requiring attention by shareholders or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Following this change, the Company’s remaining joint company secretary, Mr. Chan Chiu Hung Alex, who meets the qualification and experience requirements under the GEM Listing Rules, will continue as the sole company secretary. The board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Kung for her contributions.

Additionally, Ms. Cheung Lee will cease to serve as the authorised representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, effective 31 October 2025, while she continues as an executive director. Mr. Chan has been appointed as the new authorised representative on the same date.
