On August 10, Ant Group officially launched its 2027 campus recruitment drive. Technical positions account for 80% of the openings, with over 80% of these related to artificial intelligence. This year’s recruitment effort heavily emphasizes AI-related positions, significantly increasing the hiring of AI talent. The program targets domestic and international graduates from the class of 2027, requiring at least a bachelor's degree. It covers multiple business lines, including technology and product development, and has established dedicated AI recruitment channels for large language models and algorithms. The overall proportion of AI-related positions has grown substantially, encompassing core AI businesses such as Doubao and Volcano Engine. In terms of compensation, the company offers industry-leading salaries for AI technical talent, competitive pay for internship roles, and a smooth transition path for interns to full-time positions. Employees can enjoy benefits like free meals, housing subsidies, and comprehensive commercial insurance, supported by a dedicated mentorship system. On August 3, Bilibili officially began its 2027 fall campus recruitment, opening a full range of positions to global graduates. The program targets the class of 2027, including graduates finishing between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2027. Mainland China candidates are judged by their graduation certificate date, while overseas candidates are judged by their degree certificate date. Bilibili has also launched the "B-UP Top Tech Talent Program," which recruits top young AI talent across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.
