JINSHANG BANK (02558) has announced that the completion of the asset transfer agreement occurred on February 11, 2026, following the fulfillment of all conditions precedent. Effective from the completion date, Jinyang Asset Management will assume all losses, liabilities, and risks associated with the relevant assets, as well as reasonable expenses incurred from managing and disposing of them. Furthermore, the proceeds from the asset transfer will be used to supplement the bank's general working capital.
