Envictus International to Resume Quarterly Financial Reporting

Envictus International Holdings Limited announced on Nov, 25 2025 that it will reinstate the publication of unaudited quarterly financial statements, reversing its previous decision made in Feb, 13 2020 to cease such reporting.

The board said the move aims to enhance transparency and supports Venice Concepts Sdn Bhd—which holds 28% of the company’s voting power—in applying the equity method of accounting required under IAS 28.

The company’s next quarterly results will cover the period ending Dec, 31 2025 and are scheduled for release no later than Feb, 14 2026.
