• 2025 Annual Report • Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting • Proxy Form • 2025 Sustainability Report

Shareholders can access these documents by selecting “Financial Reports,” “Announcements,” or “Circulars” in the Investor Relations section of BEHL’s website, or by searching “Listed Company Information” on HKEXnews.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer printed copies may complete the request form enclosed with the notification, and return it to the company’s registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email at 392-ecom@vistra.com. The notification states that printed-copy preferences will remain effective until revoked or superseded, or until the end of BEHL’s next financial year, whichever is earlier.
