SHUNTEN INTL appoints asset-management veteran Chow Wah Hung as Executive Director

Shunten International (Holdings) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Chow Wah Hung, 36, as Executive Director, effective 9 April 2026.

Mr. Chow currently serves as Responsible Officer of Hammer Capital Asset Management Limited, a firm controlled by substantial shareholder Mr. Cheung Siu Fai. He brings more than 13 years of experience in asset management and commercial banking, including private-equity and venture-capital investments spanning the United States, China, Israel and Hong Kong.

Prior roles include Executive Director of Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited from 18 February 2025 to 1 September 2025, during which he oversaw the implementation of the developer’s debt-restructuring plan.

Mr. Chow holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Lingnan University (2012), a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2019), and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong (2024). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager.

Service Terms and Remuneration • No fixed-term service agreement; either party may terminate with three months’ written notice. • Annual director’s fee: HK$0.42 million. • Eligible to participate in the company’s share-option scheme. • Subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting and rotation at least once every three years thereafter.

The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Chow upon his appointment.
