On 11 June 2026, Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Company Limited (“Tianye Water”) released an updated roster of its board of directors and confirmed the latest assignments across its three standing committees.

The seven-member board continues to be led by Executive Director Zhou Gang, who serves as chairman. The remaining executive directors are Wang Jun, Wang Dongwei and Li Zheng.
