The company received the "Notice of Registration Acceptance" from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors on April 23, 2026, approving the registration of its technology innovation bonds. The registration is for a base variety of medium-term notes with a total registered amount of RMB 40 billion. This registration quota is valid for two years from the date of the notice, allowing the company to issue the bonds in multiple tranches within this period.

On June 25, 2026, CATL successfully issued the fourth tranche of 2026 green technology innovation bonds, comprising two series. The total issuance amounted to RMB 5.5 billion, with the raised funds being credited to the company's account on June 26, 2026.

The first series, with the bond abbreviation "26 CATL MTN004A (Tech Bond)", had an issuance size of RMB 4.5 billion and an issuance interest rate of 1.48%.

The second series, with the bond abbreviation "26 CATL MTN004B (Tech Bond)", had an issuance size of RMB 1 billion and an issuance interest rate of 1.60%.
