TIANJIN CAPITAL (01065) has announced that on March 25, 2026, its board of directors approved an agreement concerning the secondary heating network for Plot C. The agreement was signed between Tianjin Jiayuan Shengguang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Tianjin Chengzhu. Under this agreement, Tianjin Chengzhu has commissioned Tianjin Jiayuan Shengguang to organize the design and construction of the secondary heating network facilities for the new residential area in Phase I and II of the Houtai Plot C project.
