AI-REIT trustee says compliance with AGM resolution on hold pending talks

HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, acting as trustee of Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust (AI-REIT), issued an update on Jun, 18 2026 regarding ordinary resolution 6 that was approved at the trust’s Apr, 21 2026 annual general meeting.

The trustee noted that resolution 6 required it to provide specified records to Alpha Integrated REIT Management Pte. Ltd. within 60 days of its passage, a deadline that would have fallen on Jun, 20 2026 unless extended.

The manager has now agreed to suspend the enforcement of this requirement while the trustee and the manager pursue bilateral discussions and the trustee carries out related good-faith efforts.

The trustee affirmed that it preserves all rights and that its legal stance on resolution 6, as set out in its Apr, 17 2026 statement, remains unchanged.
