During the month, 1.71 million H shares were issued through share option exercises, generating RMB 7.27 million in proceeds. Meanwhile, 2.71 million H shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 6.29 to HKD 7.50 and held as treasury shares, contributing to a net decrease of 1.00 million in outstanding H shares. As of the end of February 2026, issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at approximately 442.93 million, while treasury shares increased to around 20.96 million.
