CE HUADA TECH (00085) has announced a change in the leadership of its board committees.

This follows the retirement of Mr. Chen Qichang from the company's board of directors.

As a result, Mr. Chen has been reassigned from the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee to serve as a member of the committee.

Concurrently, the company's independent non-executive director, Mr. Qiu Hongsheng, who also chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Qiu was previously a member of the Audit Committee.

These changes are effective from June 22, 2026.
