Hong Kong Stock Exchange to Delist Four Companies Including 21st Century Education and Khoon Group Next Week

As of September 30, 2026, a total of 21 Hong Kong-listed companies (16 on the Main Board and 5 on GEM) have been delisted by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with the Listing Rules this year.

Entering the fourth quarter, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's official website announced on the same day the delisting of four listed companies (3 on the Main Board and 1 on GEM).

According to the consolidated announcement: the listing status of 21st Century Education (01598.HK) will be cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on October 13 (next Tuesday); the listing status of Khoon Group (00924.HK) will be cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on October 13 (next Tuesday); the listing status of Aidigong (00286.HK) will be cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on October 13 (next Tuesday); the listing status of China Come Ride (08039.HK) will be cancelled from 9:00 a.m. on October 12 (next Monday).
