SR Medical Technology Company Limited (formerly GR Life Style Company Limited) formally supplemented its 13 July 2026 board announcement by confirming that newly appointed independent non-executive director Huang Yining meets all Hong Kong Listing Rules independence requirements.

The company stated that Huang: • Satisfies Rule 3.13(1)–(8) independence criteria under the HKEX Listing Rules. • Holds no past or present financial or other interests in SR Medical Technology or its subsidiaries, nor any ties with the group’s core connected persons. • Has no additional factors that could impair his independent judgment.

Huang will serve on the Board as well as the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. No other details from the original 13 July 2026 announcement have been modified.

Following the update, SR Medical Technology’s board comprises five executive directors—Wei Chunxian, Wei Laier, Sun Zhongmin, Chen Henan and Liu Bingyang—and three independent non-executive directors—Tung Woon Cheung Eric, To Tsz Wan Vivien and Huang Yining.
