Cybernaut International Holdings (01020) announced that, following the approval of a special resolution for the proposed company name change by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands has issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name. This certifies that the company's English name has been changed from "Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited" to "Ciprun Technology Holdings Company Limited" and that the Chinese name "中细软科技控股有限公司" (Zhongxi Ruan Keji Konggu Youxian Gongsi) has been adopted as the second name, replacing the former Chinese name "赛伯乐国际控股有限公司" (Saibole Guoji Konggu Youxian Gongsi), with both changes effective from December 16, 2025. Subsequently, the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of non-Hong Kong company on January 16, 2026, confirming the registration of the company's new English and Chinese names in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Following the effectiveness of the company name change, the English stock short name for the company's shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from "CYBERNAUT INT'L" to "CIPRUN TECH", while the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "赛伯乐国际控股" to "中细软科技", effective from 9:00 a.m. on January 23, 2026. The company's stock code on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as "01020".
