GON TECHNOLOGY (HKEX: 02768) has announced the issuance of new shares through a capital reserve conversion.

The company will issue 4.8 new shares for every 10 existing shares held by shareholders, resulting in a total issuance of approximately 127 million new shares.

These newly issued A-shares will be allotted on June 18, 2026.
