On March 13, 2025, the Group subscribed for notes with a total principal amount of US$30 million (approximately HK$234 million) issued by Citigroup Global Markets Limited. On April 22, 2025, the Group subscribed for notes with a total principal amount of US$60 million (approximately HK$468 million) issued by Citigroup Global Markets Limited. On June 16, 2025, the Group subscribed for notes with a total principal amount of US$40 million (approximately HK$312 million) issued by Citigroup. On May 12, 2026, the Group subscribed for notes with a total principal amount of US$100 million (approximately HK$780 million) issued by Citigroup Global Markets Limited. These subscription transactions were funded by the Group's existing available cash reserves and free cash flow.
