HYFUSIN GROUP (08512) has announced that the group expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the company for the 2025 fiscal year in the range of approximately HKD 99 million to HKD 103 million. This compares to a profit of approximately HKD 171 million recorded for the year ended December 31, 2024. The board of directors attributes the anticipated decrease in profit primarily to a decline in product selling prices and an increase in the group's manufacturing costs, which led to a reduced gross profit margin. Furthermore, the decrease is also due to the absence of a one-time reversal of a provision for a claim recovery amounting to approximately HKD 29.7 million, which was recorded in the year ended December 31, 2024.
