The notice stated that online platforms have recently seen a resurgence of investment solicitations issued in the name of Moutai, making claims such as "Direct procurement of Feitian Moutai for 1169 yuan," "Feitian Moutai subscription for 1169 yuan," "Nationwide opening of 1169 yuan Feitian Moutai direct supply," and "Moutai is expanding its 1169 yuan Feitian corporate direct procurement channel from the pilot phase to a national scale."

Kweichow Moutai emphasized that neither Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. nor any of its subsidiaries has ever authorized or entrusted any entity to release such information. The company pledged to actively cooperate with relevant authorities in investigating and handling these matters, pursuing legal responsibility against the responsible parties in accordance with the law to effectively safeguard market order and protect consumer rights. All market participants and consumers were urged to heighten their vigilance and guard against deception.
