G & M Holdings Limited (06038) announced its monthly return for equity issuers for the period ended 30 November 2025. The total authorized share capital remained 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HK$0.01 each, with no changes during the month. As a result, the authorized share capital stood at HK$100,000,000.

The total issued share capital also remained unchanged at 1,003,000,000 ordinary shares with no treasury shares. In the company’s share option scheme, there were no outstanding options at the beginning or end of November; however, up to 97,000,000 shares may be issued if options are exercised. No new shares were issued under the share option scheme during the month.
