BRAINAURORA-B (06681) saw its shares climb 8.46% in morning trading, currently priced at HK$7.82, with a turnover of HK$149 million.

On January 6, BRAINAURORA-B announced that it recently signed significant business cooperation agreements with Peking University Sixth Hospital and Shandong Provincial Mental Health Center (collectively referred to as the "cooperating parties") to jointly advance the research, development, and commercialization of digital therapeutic products for mental health. Furthermore, the "Beijing Key Laboratory for Innovative Transformation of Precision Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment of Mental Disorders," jointly applied for by the company, Peking University Sixth Hospital, and the National Engineering Research Center for Software Engineering at Peking University, has been officially approved for establishment.

To date, the company has established close commercial cooperation with Beijing Anding Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University (a Grade III, Level A psychiatric hospital and the National Center for Mental Disorders), to jointly promote the clinical application of digital therapeutic products for mental health. The latest collaborations with Peking University Sixth Hospital and Shandong Provincial Mental Health Center further expand the company's footprint in core psychiatric hospitals across the nation, building a comprehensive commercialization network that spans from national flagship centers to regional hubs and key specialized hospitals.
