Harbour Equine projects FY2025 net loss to narrow to HK$4.20 million on disposal gain

Harbour Equine Holdings Limited issued a profit alert stating that the Group expects to record a net loss of approximately HK$4.20 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, a reduction of HK$32.80 million compared with the HK$37.00 million loss reported for the corresponding period in 2024.

Management attributed the improvement mainly to the disposal gain from Strat Tech Holdings Limited during 2025.

The unaudited consolidated results are still being finalised; the full financial statements are scheduled for release on or about 30 March 2026. The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.

The announcement was authorised by Chairman and CEO Wong Kwok Wai, Albert on 27 March 2026.
