From January to October 2025, the group recorded total contracted sales (including entrusted management projects) of RMB5.4 billion. As of the announcement date, the suspension of the company's share trading has not caused any material adverse impact on its business operations.

Additionally, the group will maintain communication with key contractors and suppliers to establish mutually agreed payment arrangements, ensuring smooth presale launches and timely completion of property developments. The company will continue to periodically review its existing business operations.
