On Jun, 12 2026, Prudential repurchased 407,779 shares on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from GBP 9.646 to GBP 9.804 per share, spending a total of about GBP 4.0 million; these shares are designated for cancellation.
Since receiving shareholder approval on May, 14 2025 to buy back up to 262.7 million shares, Prudential has repurchased roughly 97.2 million shares, equivalent to 3.73% of its issued share count at the time of the mandate. The company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until Jul, 12 2026.
