Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (stock code: 1588) has issued a notice for its 2025 second class meeting of Domestic Shareholders, scheduled for 27 November 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (or immediately after the conclusion of the H Shareholders’ Class Meeting) at Meeting Room E102, Building 8, Central District of Yonyou Industrial Park (Beijing), 68 Beiqing Road, Haidian District, Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.

The Domestic Shareholders will consider three special resolutions: the proposed repurchase and cancellation of Domestic Shares under the Employee Share Ownership Scheme and the reduction of registered capital, proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, and proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedures for General Meetings. As stated in the notice, the register of members will be closed from 24 November 2025 to 27 November 2025, during which no share transfers will be registered. Relevant transfer documents must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on 21 November 2025. Holders of Domestic Shares appearing on the register on 27 November 2025 are eligible to attend and vote, and the resolutions will be decided by poll. Results will be published on the Company’s website and the HKEXnews website following the meeting.
