Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that the listing of Jianzhong Construction Development Limited (Stock Code: 589) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 am on 27 October 2025 under Rule 6.01A(1).

Trading in Jianzhong Construction’s shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024. According to the HKEX, the company did not resume trading by 1 October 2025 as required under the resumption guidance. As a result, the Listing Committee decided on 10 October 2025 to cancel the company’s listing on the exchange.

HKEX has requested Jianzhong Construction to publish an announcement regarding the cancellation. Shareholders with questions about the delisting implications are advised to seek professional advice.
