Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. ended October 2025 with total authorised share capital of 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of USD 0.01 each, amounting to USD 100,000,000. There were no changes during the month, and the authorised share capital remained unchanged.

The issued share capital likewise remained at 2,530,801,012 ordinary shares, with no treasury shares recorded. No increase or decrease was reported in issued shares or treasury shares throughout October.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 20 December 2019, there were no new shares issued. The total number of shares that may be issued under the share option scheme stood at 141,030,000.
