On the 21st local time, a member of Iran's negotiation team revealed, based on information from the Iranian side, that the draft concerning an exemption for Iran from oil sanctions has been finalized. The member added that the exemption is expected to be issued shortly. Administrative procedures related to the unfreezing of Iran's blocked funds are currently underway with the participation of a Qatari delegation.
