BOJUN EDU Keeps Share Capital Stable in July; Issued Shares Hold at 903.14 Million with Sufficient Public Float

Bojun Education Company Limited (BOJUN EDU) reported no changes to its share structure for July 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, equal to HK$50.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stayed flat at 903.14 million, and the firm continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued share capital also stood unchanged at 903.14 million shares.

BOJUN EDU confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, affirming adequate market liquidity.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 12 July 2018, 6.00 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from June. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed during the period, resulting in zero new shares issued and no funds raised. The scheme still allows for up to 74.00 million shares to be issued upon future option exercises. Of the existing options, 1.00 million are exercisable at HK$0.598 per share from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2031, while 5.00 million are exercisable at HK$0.109 per share from 18 August 2024 to 16 August 2033.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements affecting share capital were reported for the month.

Overall, the July filing indicates capital stability for BOJUN EDU, with no equity dilution and continued adherence to Hong Kong listing requirements.
