IPO Crucial Moment: Primary Supplier of This "Little Giant" Suddenly Dissolved

Wuxi Xinjuhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is scheduled to face the Beijing Stock Exchange listing committee review on August 21, nearly nine months after submitting its application at the end of 2025. As a nationally recognized specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, the company specializes in precision optical components such as optical module chip bases, and has experienced explosive performance growth in recent years, driven by surging AI computing power demand. However, beneath this rapid growth trajectory, issues including soaring accounts receivable, deteriorating operating cash flow, and the mysterious dissolution of its largest supplier are casting shadows over its IPO path.

According to the prospectus, Xinjuhong primarily engages in the research, development, production, and sale of precision optical components. Data from the renowned consulting firm Frost & Sullivan indicates that its core product, 400G and above mid-to-high-end optical module chip bases, holds approximately 29% global market share. The company maintains deep partnerships with global leading optical module manufacturers such as Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink, with end-users spanning computing power giants including NVIDIA, Google, Meta, ByteDance, and Alibaba.

During the reporting period from 2023 to 2025, the company achieved rapid growth in both revenue and net profit. Specifically, operating revenue reached 200 million yuan, 465 million yuan, and 812 million yuan respectively, representing a compound growth rate of 101%. Net profit attributable to the parent company stood at 18.33 million yuan, 87 million yuan, and 176 million yuan, achieving a compound growth rate of 210%. In the first half of 2026, the company maintained its high-growth momentum, with revenue reaching 1.112 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company at 273 million yuan, already surpassing the full-year level of 2025. According to the prospectus, the company forecasts revenue in the range of 1.8 billion to 2 billion yuan for the first three quarters of 2026, with net profit between 460 million and 520 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase exceeding 360%.

However, lurking behind this rapid growth curve are significant concerns. As of the end of June 2026, the company's accounts receivable book value reached 932 million yuan, a 130.58% increase from 405 million yuan at the end of 2025, accounting for 39.11% of total assets. During the same period, operating cash flow swung sharply from a net inflow of 14.36 million yuan in the same period last year to a net outflow of 89.7 million yuan, a decline of 724.86%. This indicates that the company's net profit of 273 million yuan has not been fully converted into actual cash. Regarding borrowings, as of the end of June 2026, short-term borrowings increased by 215% year-on-year to 220 million yuan, while long-term borrowings surged by 898% to 95.82 million yuan.

In terms of gross margin, the company's comprehensive gross margin demonstrated a steady upward trend during the reporting period, rising from 30.92% to 35.68% to 36.87%, accumulating an improvement of nearly 6 percentage points over three years. However, when compared with industry peers, the company's gross margin remains below the average of comparable listed companies, with gaps of 10.78, 8.31, and 6.18 percentage points respectively.

According to the prospectus, during the reporting period, Xinjuhong's procurement amounts from Shenzhen Huaertaide Technology Co., Ltd. were 31.7 million yuan, 49.84 million yuan, and 126.88 million yuan respectively, with the latter ranking as the largest supplier for three consecutive years, accounting for over 24% of total procurement. However, business registration information from Qichacha shows that Huaertaide was established in 2011 with a registered capital of only 1 million yuan, had zero social security contributions in 2025, and was dissolved on July 8, 2026. According to the company's response to the Beijing Stock Exchange's inquiry, Huaertaide has affiliated entities under common control, including Shenzhen Nanwu Technology and Shenzhen Huaetaide New Materials, which collaborate on related business operations with approximately 40 insured employees combined. Nevertheless, as the core entity of the largest supplier with annual supply exceeding 120 million yuan, the match between its personnel configuration and business scale, as well as the specific reasons for its hasty dissolution just before the issuer's listing review, remains without clear and reasonable explanation. Additionally, the company explicitly disclosed "raw material supplier dependence risk" in its listing review draft, and now that this risk has materialized, the company has yet to provide a definitive response on how it plans to address the situation.

Notably, other suppliers of Xinjuhong face similar issues. Among them, Suzhou Hanghong (the fifth-largest supplier in 2024-2025) had only 4 insured employees in 2025, while Wuxi Taihang (the fifth-largest supplier in 2023) had only 5 insured employees. Furthermore, during the reporting period, the company exhibited high customer concentration with a "dual-leader" dependency characteristic. The prospectus reveals that the top five customers accounted for 80.14%, 82.30%, and 83.33% of sales revenue respectively, with Zhongji Innolight and Eoptolink combined accounting for over 70%. This trend continued into the first half of 2026, with no significant improvement in customer concentration.

For this IPO, Xinjuhong plans to raise 691 million yuan, with 350 million yuan allocated to the precision optical components and vehicle-mounted optical products capacity expansion project, 187 million yuan to the precision optical components production base construction project, 94.27 million yuan to the R&D center construction project, and the remaining 60 million yuan designated as supplementary working capital.
