Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. announced an extension of the closing date for the proposed issue of convertible bonds aimed at settling debts. According to earlier announcements released on November 16, 2025, January 6, 2026, and January 30, 2026, the company and the subscriber entered into a supplemental agreement on February 13, 2026, extending the closing date from April 30, 2026, to August 31, 2026 (or a later date subject to mutual agreement).

All other terms and conditions stated in the subscription agreement remain unchanged. The company board comprises executive directors, non-executive directors, and independent non-executive directors, including Executive Chairman Kwok Ping Sun.
