Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the details of the scrip election for its 2025 final dividend.

The board declared a final dividend of US$1.75 per share. Shareholders who choose the scrip alternative will have their new shares issued at a reference price of US$72.58074, calculated as the average volume-weighted average price on the Singapore Exchange for the five trading days up to and including Apr, 24 2026.

Based on these figures, investors electing to receive shares will be allotted one new share for every 41.47471 existing shares held.
