China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) announced the full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, aligning with the expanded paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that took effect on 31 December 2023.

The initiative covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the CGS website (www.chinastock.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders are requested to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the signed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If an email address is not provided, shareholders must monitor the CGS and HKEXnews websites for new publications. Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be issued in printed form until a valid email address is registered.

Shareholders who prefer printed materials may elect to receive hard copies by completing the reply form or emailing chinagalaxy.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. This printed-copy request remains valid for one year from receipt and lapses automatically thereafter.

The board letter, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Sheng on 17 April 2026, notes that information relevant to the company’s A-shareholders will continue to be released in accordance with Shanghai Stock Exchange requirements.
