MOMENTA-W (06880) has announced the conclusion of the stabilization period related to its global offering, which ended on August 2, 2026, as per securities regulations. This period, lasting 30 days from the Hong Kong public offering application deadline, saw specific actions taken by the stabilization manager, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, to manage price stability.

During the stabilization period, the manager and its affiliates executed several key steps. They initially overallocated 2,990,700 A-Class ordinary shares in the international offering, representing about 15% of the total shares available for subscription before any over-allotment option exercise. To cover this overallocation, they borrowed the same number of shares from lenders including Creative Circuit Limited, Yijia Chuangtou Limited, Tide Bay Limited, and Tycoon Insight Limited under a share borrowing agreement.

To return these borrowed shares, the stabilization manager conducted continuous purchases in the market between July 27 and July 31, 2026. These purchases totaled 2,990,700 A-Class ordinary shares at prices ranging from HK$242.20 to HK$295.60 per share, excluding transaction costs. The final purchase occurred on July 31, 2026, at HK$263.00 per share. The over-allotment option, granted to the joint global coordinators, was not exercised and has since expired, meaning no additional A-Class shares will be issued under this arrangement.
