On January 16, 2026 (after trading hours), the buyer, Starlite Printing (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and the seller, Heidelberg Printing Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch, entered into a sales contract for the acquisition of the machine at a consideration of RMB 12.8 million (including value-added tax).

The consideration was determined with reference to the prevailing market price for similar machines and was negotiated fairly between the parties on normal commercial terms.

The asset to be acquired is a Heidelberg Speedmaster six-color sheetfed offset press equipped with a coating system (Model: CX 104-6+L), namely the machine.

This machine is an advanced printing press that provides innovative solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of commercial printing and complex packaging printing.

Featuring both single-sided and perfecting printing modes, with a maximum printing speed of 15,000 sheets per hour, the machine is expected to enhance the Group's production efficiency and productivity in the long term.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic plate changing device, which increases production efficiency for packaging, commercial, and label printing.

The intelligent interaction of automated components also makes the production of all printed products more cost-effective.

The Group will install the machine at its factory in Suzhou for manufacturing operations to enhance the efficiency of its production lines, and it is anticipated to have a positive impact on the Group's performance in producing packaging and printed materials.
