In a separate announcement, PAK TAK INT'L stated it received notification from its then-major shareholder, Tengle Holdings Limited. The notification indicated that on January 21, 2026, Tengle Holdings sold a total of 980 million company shares, equivalent to approximately 17.41% of the total issued shares, to multiple transferees through an off-exchange transaction. Following the completion of this sale, Tengle Holdings no longer holds any shares in the company and has ceased to be a major shareholder.
