TSH Resources Bhd (TSH) reported that it repurchased 160,000 of its own shares on May, 15 2026 at prices ranging from MYR1.250 to MYR1.260 per share, spending a total of approximately MYR202,072.84.

All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s cumulative treasury holding to 31,877,900 shares, or about 2.49% of its enlarged issued share base of 1,281,802,509 ordinary shares. No shares from this transaction are slated for cancellation.
