China Cinda Asset Management Rolls Out Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
04/29

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. announced on 29 April 2026 that it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A, which supports the market-wide paperless listing regime introduced on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as directors’ reports, annual and interim results, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cinda.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk); printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Supplying a valid email ensures timely receipt of “Actionable Corporate Communications,” which require shareholder instructions or elections.

If no email address is supplied, China Cinda will continue to send actionable documents in hard copy until electronic contact details are received. Shareholders who prefer printed communications for all materials may request them via the reply form or by emailing cinda@computershare.com.hk; such requests are valid for one year unless revoked or replaced.

Further details on the electronic dissemination policy and procedures for requesting printed copies are available in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website. For enquiries, shareholders can contact Computershare on (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice was issued by Chairman Zhang Weidong on behalf of the board.
