The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$117.9994 per share, amounting to a total investment of approximately HK$35.93 million.

Following this acquisition, Fidelity International's total shareholding in the company has increased to approximately 12.7216 million shares, representing a 6.05% ownership stake.
