Pony AI Inc. (Stock Code: 2026) has released a form of proxy for its upcoming Class A Meeting, scheduled at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026. The meeting will take place at 1/F, Building 8, Phase II, Datang Industrial Park, Huangge Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, PRC.

A special resolution will be put forth at the Class A Meeting to consider and approve a Class-Based Resolution aimed at amending and restating the company’s Memorandum and Articles. Holders of Class A ordinary shares may appoint proxies to attend and vote on their behalf, with the option to designate either the chairman of the meeting or another individual.
