Beauty Farm Medical Repurchases 26,500 Shares for HK$0.48 Million, Reducing Free Float by 0.01%

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. reported that on 2 September 2026 it bought back 26,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HK$18.00 and HK$18.20 per share. The aggregate consideration was HK$0.48 million, translating into a volume-weighted average purchase price of HK$18.1117.

The transaction lowered the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) from 248.02 million to 247.99 million, a reduction of 0.0107%. Treasury shares rose to 3.60 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 that allows repurchases of up to 24.85 million shares. Including the latest trade, Beauty Farm Medical has repurchased 526,000 shares under this authority, equivalent to 0.21% of the shares outstanding when the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company faces a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 2 October 2026. Management confirmed that all repurchases complied with regulatory requirements and were fully authorised by the board.
