Dowway Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8403) has announced a proposal to change its English name from “Dowway Holdings Limited” to “Defeng Solife Holdings Limited” and its Chinese name from “天平道合控股有限公司” to “德豐宿來控股有限公司.” The change requires both the passing of a special resolution by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and approval from the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.

According to the announcement, the controlling interest in the company was acquired on 25 November 2025 by Mr. Sun Wei and CN BASE Limited, prompting the proposed name change to reflect a new corporate identity. If approved, the new names will become effective once they are entered in the Cayman Islands’ register of companies. The company’s stock certificate exchange is not mandatory and existing certificates remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery. The stock code will remain as “8403.”

The register of members will be closed from 24 February 2026 to 27 February 2026 for the purpose of determining entitlement to attend and vote at the EGM.
