SHENZHEN INVEST (SEHK: 00604) has entered into financing agreements for term loan facilities with a total principal amount of HK$13 billion.

The company, acting as the borrower, has executed three separate financing agreements with three banks as the lenders. The agreements comprise a HK$7 billion term loan facility and two separate HK$3 billion term loan facilities, each with a maximum tenor of three years.
