On 13 May 2026, Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) issued a reminder to non-registered shareholders confirming the adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications.

The electronic approach covers the directors’ report, annual and interim financial statements (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Both English and Chinese versions of these documents will be accessible on the Bank’s websites (www.abchina.com.cn and www.abchina.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed distribution.

Shareholders whose email addresses have not yet been provided should submit the information through their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

Those preferring hard copies may complete the reply form enclosed with the notice and return it to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email the request to abchina.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each request remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded earlier.
