On April 28, the launch ceremony for the "Warm Journey, New Companionship" campaign aimed at supporting new employment groups and the opening of Meituan's "Riders' Home" in Wuxi, Jiangsu, was held. This facility is the first comprehensive service station established by MEITUAN-W in the province for new employment groups. The "Riders' Home" is designed to create a service base that integrates rest and replenishment, rights protection, skill development, cultural leisure, and health support.

The central "Riders' Home" store is situated in the core commercial district of Liangxi District, Wuxi, adjacent to high-quality amenities including government services, healthcare, education, and cultural facilities. It aims to overcome the limitations of previous fragmented support efforts by establishing a one-stop, comprehensive, and all-encompassing service network. The local initiative centers around four core service areas: a Rider Empowerment and Growth Center, a Rights Protection Center, a Cultural Center, and a Health Center. These integrate resources from government, medical, educational, and community sectors to form a closed-loop service matrix.

Specifically, the Empowerment and Growth Center offers specialized services such as further education and skills training. The "Taihu New Talent" Academy provides customized degree advancement programs for riders in fields like logistics management and digital media arts. The Rights Protection Center establishes a platform for resolving grievances, offering services such as labor dispute mediation, legal aid, and policy consultation. It also includes a dedicated reception station and mediation room for new employment groups. The Cultural Center provides reading and leisure activities, parent-child interaction spaces, and psychological counseling services. The Health Center collaborates with professional medical institutions to deliver health screenings, emergency medical care, occupational protection, and charitable medical assistance.
