The price movement follows news from CHALIECO's official social media account that the aluminum production commencement ceremony for the Indonesia North Kalimantan Electrolytic Aluminum Project, undertaken by its Shenyang Institute, was recently held grandly in the North Kalimantan Industrial Area, Indonesia.

This project is the first to be successfully developed and put into operation within the national-level North Kalimantan Green Industrial Zone, with a planned annual electrolytic aluminum production capacity of 1 million tons.

It includes the construction of supporting facilities such as an anode plant, gas station, captive power plant,码头, and a permanent residential area.

As the largest electrolytic aluminum project globally in recent years in terms of single-phase construction scale, most comprehensive construction scope, and total investment, its commissioning holds significant importance for the development of the aluminum industry in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
