C-MER Medical Completes HKD0.12 Million On-Market Buyback, Outstanding Shares Trimmed to 1.21 Billion

C-MER Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 150,000 ordinary shares on 15 September 2026 under its authorised buyback programme. The on-market repurchase was executed at prices between HKD 0.825 and HKD 0.83 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.8299, bringing the cash outlay to approximately HKD 0.12 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0124% to 1.21 billion shares, while treasury share holdings increased to 24.25 million. The total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.23 billion.

The buyback was carried out pursuant to a mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises C-MER Medical to repurchase up to 123.23 million shares. To date, 150,000 shares—equivalent to 0.0122% of the authorised limit—have been repurchased under this mandate.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, establishing a moratorium period through 15 October 2026. The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all relevant Main Board Listing Rules and its previously published explanatory statement.
