On 24 April 2026, Shui On Land released the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM Circular (including notice and proxy form) and 2025 Sustainability Report. All documents are now accessible through the company’s website (Investor Relations and Sustainability sections) and the HKExnews platform.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies in their chosen language. Others may obtain printed versions on request—either by post to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services or by email to sol.ecom@shuion.com.cn—at no cost.

Following the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, Shui On Land has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders wishing to continue with printed documents must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form by 22 May 2026.

Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be distributed individually in accordance with each holder’s stated preference, in addition to their online publication.

To ensure prompt notification of new releases, shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the Reply Form or by emailing the company. Until an email address is supplied, holders will not receive electronic alerts and will receive Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form.
