Times Neighborhood Holdings Limited announced that, effective 28 May 2026, Ms. Ng Sau Mei has resigned as company secretary and authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The Board confirmed that Ms. Ng has no disagreements with the directors and that no matters need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Mr. Poon Kin Hei will succeed Ms. Ng as both company secretary and authorised representative from the same date. Mr. Poon is currently a manager in the company-secretarial services department of TMF Hong Kong Limited, bringing more than ten years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. He is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Ng for her contributions and welcomed Mr. Poon to his new roles.
